Job Title: Social Media Personality - Content Creator

Zero Waste MVMT, a leading brand in promoting sustainable and eco-friendly practices, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Personality - Content Creator for our Instagram platform. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and environmentally-conscious individual who will not only embody our brand’s values but also enhance our digital presence by developing engaging, high-quality content that connects with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Create compelling, on-brand content for our Instagram page, including posts, Reels, Stories, Graphics and Guides.
2. Be comfortable appearing on camera, representing the face of our brand, and demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for our mission and products.
3. Generate creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience, promote engagement, and inspire sustainable, zero waste practices.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and followers' engagement.
5. Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns to align with strategic goals.
6. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a positive community around our brand.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a social media influencer or content creator, preferably with a focus on environmental, sustainability, or similar sectors.
2. Proficiency with Instagram and its various features (posts, Reels, IGTV, Stories, Guides) and associated content creation tools.
3. Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and connecting with an online audience.
4. Strong understanding of social media strategies, trends, and best practices.
5. Ability to work independently, think creatively, and take initiative in a remote environment.
6. Strong alignment with our brand's mission of promoting a zero waste lifestyle.
