We aim to describe Zero Waste MVMT products clearly and accurately. This page explains how to read product, ingredient, packaging, and environmental claims on our site.

Finished-product certifications

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, our products are not third-party certified as finished products for organic, vegan, cruelty-free, compostable, biodegradable, septic-safe, greywater-safe, non-toxic, or similar standards.

Ingredient-level references

When a product page refers to organic, fair-trade, vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, dye-free, or similar attributes, those references are based on the formula, supplier information, or ingredient-level documentation available to us. For dish soap bars, organic references apply only to ingredients marked as organic, not to the finished bar as a certified organic product.

Environmental and disposal claims

Terms such as lower-waste, plastic-free, recyclable, compostable, biodegradable, or reusable can depend on the product, packaging, available local facilities, and how the item is used or disposed of. Please follow your local recycling, composting, septic, and greywater guidance.
